3. Restrictions
You expressly agree NOT to:
(a) Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software as a standalone product or as part of a library, package, component set, or tool intended for software developers.
(b) Resell, commercialize, or distribute any product or service whose primary function or main value is derived directly from the Software.
(c) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except and strictly to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
(d) Remove, alter, obscure, or modify any copyright or license notices embedded in or accompanying the Software.
4. Intellectual property
The Software, its code, binary structure, organization, and visual design, as well as the names "RayCraft" and "DiPiGi Ltd." and associated logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of DiPiGi Ltd. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DiPiGi Ltd.
5. Updates and support
DiPiGi Ltd. is under no obligation to provide maintenance, technical support, updates, or bug fixes for the Software. Future versions or updates of the Software may be distributed under modified license terms. Previous versions remain subject to the terms under which they were originally acquired: a version you have received under these free terms remains free to use under them.
6. Third-party components
The Software may contain or rely on third-party libraries, dictionaries, or assets. Details regarding third-party copyrights, licenses, and notices are provided in the separate THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file included with the Software package.
7. Privacy and data protection
The Software operates locally as part of your application and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, telemetry, or usage analytics to DiPiGi Ltd.
8. Disclaimer of warranties

BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR INTENT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from DiPiGi Ltd. if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession or control, except copies already embedded in your applications that were distributed to end users in accordance with this Agreement before termination; those end users are not affected by the termination.
