How we handle personal data.
1. Who is responsible
DiPiGi Ltd. (company no. 205546400), Lazur 76, Burgas 8000, Bulgaria, is the data controller for personal information provided through raycraft.dev. The person responsible is Petar Gutev. Contact: office@raycraft.dev.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide through the contact form or other channels. This may include your name, email address, phone number and the message you submit. The website does not offer account registration. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your device; it is not sent to us.
To protect our forms against automated abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you open or send a form, reCAPTCHA is loaded from Google and Google receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page, and returns a score that tells us whether the request looks automated. Google acts under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We use reCAPTCHA on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Analytics: if you allow Analytics cookies in Cookie Settings, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used. Google receives usage data such as the pages you visit, device and browser information, approximate location and your IP address, and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under Google's safeguards. Google acts as our processor and also under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We keep analytics data for 2 months. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics until you allow it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time in Cookie Settings.
3. How and why we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss RayCraft with you and manage related business communications.
4. Lawful basis
Depending on the circumstances, we process information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to pursue our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Where we rely on consent, for example for Google Analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw it at any time.
For details about your rights and our contact information, see the GDPR Compliance Statement.
5. Storage, security and sharing
We use technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, to help protect personal information. Contact-form submissions are sent to the DiPiGi office email address so that we can handle your request; email and infrastructure providers may process the information as needed to deliver and store those communications. We do not sell personal information.
We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship and meet applicable legal requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law and any records we are required to retain. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing and exercise data portability rights where those rights apply. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority; in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
7. Cookies and third-party websites
Our use of cookies and local storage is described in the Cookies Policy. If our website links to a third-party website, that provider's own privacy and cookie policies apply to its services and to any information you choose to provide there.
